The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Dareen at the reception.

We had a good Easter break in the heart of the city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. We were able to visit Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and even Buckingham Palace within a short walk. The proximity to beautiful parks like Hyde Park and Kensington Garden was also a bonus, great to enjoy the sunny spring weather. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, making our stay more fun. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was some noise from a nearby bar at night, difficult to sleep peacefully.

I had a good week at a private and perfect Mayfair base! The roomy, clean apartment was well-appointed and the location was right in the middle of it all, with excellent pubs and restaurants just steps away. The staff, especially Diba at reception, were helpful and always had a smile on their face. They were really good, even helping me with my heavy bags without me asking. The amenities were great and the location couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in London.

Although the hotel was spectacular in every aspect, the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Nevertheless, this minor issue did not detract from my overall experience, and I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
